Welcome to RealKhmer (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RealKhmer app and website (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1) eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use RealKhmer.
- You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
2) your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Do not share or sell your account to others.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3) license to use the service
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RealKhmer for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its software.
4) your content
- You retain ownership of the content you upload, post, or share on RealKhmer.
- By uploading content, you grant RealKhmer a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content for the operation of the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with our
Community Guidelines.
5) prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or security features.
- Access the Service using automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers).
- Upload malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
- Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
6) intellectual property
- All RealKhmer trademarks, branding, and software are owned by RealKhmer or its licensors.
- You may not use our name, logo, or marks without prior written permission.
7) termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for legal or safety reasons.
- You may delete your account at any time via the Delete Account page.
8) disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding
the Service’s reliability, availability, or suitability for your purposes.
9) limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealKhmer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10) indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RealKhmer harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising
from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11) governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Any disputes will be handled in Cambodian courts.
12) changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new
effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
